An Emirati group will invest 30 billion dirhams in Marrakech and Morocco
Morocco as a medical destination? is betting that will take the Emirati Tasweek group announced an investment of over 30 billion dirhams in the coming years in the country.
According to Emirates 24/7 news website, the real estate group will invest three billion dollars in medical tourism in Morocco. This investment will be entirely provided by Emiratis, said the CEO of the company, Masood Al Awar, the site, adding that Morocco is at the top of the company's investment projects due to economic opportunities and conditions offered by the kingdom.
Tasweek is already present in Morocco as part of the 'Marrakech Healthcare City', where it invested $ 60 million in a town dedicated to health.
Other projects will also emerge in several cities including Casablanca, Tangier and Agadir, said the group's director.
