Marrakech destination of plenty of luxurious hotels
Despite tens of thousands of tourists and more in Marrakech, all hotels and riads are struggling to refuel off season.
The ocher city, the capital of southern Morocco, has a real and significant hotel development: seven major hotels will open current 2015, adding to a string of luxury addresses who engage in serious side competition packages, rates and stays benefits to customers.
It seems certain that almost all international channels planning to locate in the imperial city: expected shortly opening a Mandarin Oriental, a Radisson Blu, Ritz Carlton, to an Oberoi (Indian company) whose nights prices exceed 400 euros -up to 1,000 euros and more for private villas as the Es Saadi.
There are two million tourists annually in Marrakech per year spread over a multitude of destinations: small hotels at reasonable prices close to the Jemaa el-Fna the Relais & refined Castles through the madness of the riads, the traditional Moroccan style a dozen rooms arranged around a courtyard, so a guest house, pool villas in the countryside, near the golf courses.
La Palmeraie, outside the walls, is in full swing hotel with chic and expensive resorts and more upscale luxury hotels, luxury and comfort, such as Inès Jardins taken over by the excellent chef Christophe Leroy St Tropez. This is called the abundance, plenty of choice and the constant dilemma of the costs of the stay of one to three depending on the season.
In fact, the hotel frenzy was triggered following the masterful renovation of Mamounia by interior designer Jacques Garcia among others, in the early twenty-first century, to the tune of 200 million euros.

Opened by Jean-Pierre Chaumard, came from the Royal Palm in Mauritius, the Royal Mansour, spa, two restaurants driven by Yannick Alleno, reinventor of traditional couscous, is directed by Jean-Claude Messent, former CEO of Metropole Monaco: this is a real challenge for the new boss, saw the stinging price and hospitality increasingly wide offer in the high end.

All requiring almost labyrinthine alleys spreads between bodies of water, flower beds, the state rooms with curtains 25 meters high. A kind of Palace of the Arabian nights contemporary with many strengths, ideal for golfers (30% of customers) and to the followers of idleness marrakchi.
This is the most beautiful Marrakech Beachcomber hotel, out of town, away from the increasing pollution of the city, a specific destination by its location in nature amended, the hundred gardeners, the heavenly site and the panoramic view of 145 rooms and 110 villas of which 58 are sold, first prize 450,000 euros.
Note that the water issue crucial in Marrakech -having the profusion of constructions- not from the Royal Palm groundwater. Are there too many addresses in order to dream stays that do not find buyers?
